** ✩ terms of service ✩ **

☆ i will not start on a commission until u have paid in full and upfront. payment methods are only through PAYPAL and **GCASH (for ph clients only).☆ since these are stylized painting commissions, i will be interpreting your commission in my art style. you may ask me to make it more cartoony/stylized or a little more semi-realistic if you wish.☆ i still have personal rights to the artworks. (ex. portfolio) however, you can tell me if u don't want me to post them on social media.☆ you are free to use ur commission for personal purposes + post them online with proper credit.☆ if you wish to use m commission for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES , please tell me so we can discuss pricing.☆ I WILL NOT DRAW NSFW PIECES FOR MINORS. please be of age if ure going to request a nsfw / have ur age in ur bio . if i get suspicious i will ask you for a valid id with ur birthdate (but please block out everything else for ur privacy!)☆ it will take me a FEW DAYS UP UNTIL 2 MONTHS at most to finish your commission , but this depends on the amount of workload i have + how heavy ur commission is , as well as other conditions in personal life. rest assured however since 'll immediately communicate with you if anything may happen!☆ i have the right to refuse to do a commission if i do not think 'm up for it / violates my terms.☆ DO NOT SELL MY WORKS AS NFTs. yes you have personal and possibly commercial rights to my works if you pay for the fee, however please do not sell my commission as an NFT.☆ understand that i can only give you digital copies of your commissions. i cannot ship or give you a physical copy. commissions are also signed and watermarked unless you wish to use it for commercial purposes which i can only allow after the fee has been settled. otherwise, DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARKS/SIGNATURES.☆ my commissions are NON REFUNDABLE even if i haven't started on the sketch unless you saved a spot for the waitlist, so please be very sure about commissioning me before sending a form and paying. reservation slots are refundable if you ask for the request before the month you reserved for. otherwise, you can't refund anymore.☆ FOR NSFW COMMISSIONS, **regarding references, if you are going to use images of yourself please warn me beforehand or at least censor ur parts. another thing to take note of is that just because i'm working on nsfw doesn't mean i am consenting to do anything beyond working on your commission. i am only here to draw for you, nothing more. please keep conversations professional. the moment i think my boundaries are being crossed, i will immediately cancel your commission.

** ✩ process ✩ **

this takes place after payment has been received for reference especially if you're a first time commissioner!1. SKETCHES / DRAFTING
- i will be sending u a sketch of your commission based on your descriptions/references for approval before i start painting!2. PAINTING
- i will be sending you multiple wips of the process, which may also take time depending on my work load and personal life circumstances.
- revisions can also be made while doing so, however i will only allow 3 minor revisions at max before i start asking you for revision fees should you ask for anything more.3. REFINING / FINALIZING
- revisions can still be made if there aren't any during the rendering process, however i can only allow 3 minor changes at most still.
- at this stage, i will be fixing smaller details while preparing for your commission to be sent to you after i get your approval.HOW TO CHECK PROGRESS UPDATES?
- i will send you a notion link of my progress table for you to look at! even so, i will still contact you directly once i think i made big progress. :)

** ✩ reservation / waitlist ✩ **

☆ the reservation fee for the next batch costs $5 / 200 php ! this only applies when my commission status says that it's open for reservation.☆ this is non refundable. to avoid causing mishaps, please be very sure that you want to commission me before reserving a slot.☆ if your commission costs more than $100, you can pay 25% of the overall fee in place of the reservation fee after we discuss the total exact pricing. unlike simpler pieces under $100, this is refundable!
